Use these forms to correct a card, report a change in a vendor's BAA terms, or ask for a vendor to be added. We apply corrections that come with a link to the vendor's own page; we cannot act on "I was told by sales" or on third-party articles.
Correct an existing card
What happens next: we check the source, update the card, record the change in the card's change log and the site change feed, and reply if you left an email. Corrections with a valid source are usually live within five business days.
Add a vendor
We add vendors that have search demand or that readers ask for; a vendor with no public HIPAA statement gets a card with the verdict "unknown" and a note on what we looked for.
What we do not accept
- Requests to remove a vendor from a category table or to change its position for any reason other than a sourced correction.
- Marketing copy or badges from other sites as evidence.
- Confidential documents. If a vendor's BAA terms are only available under NDA, the card stays at "unknown" or "conditional, on request" and says so.
